5 out of 5 starsI’m a big fan and supporter of The Etsy store/brand Suspended in the Trees. This glass came on time and is exactly as says. However, It was not this purchase that endeared me to this store. Awhile back I had purchased the backpack they have for sale. I was so happy to receive it, I used it everyday for several months and it started to rip. When I reached out regarding the issue. they responded almost immediately apologetic and shared that this is an uncommon thing to happen, especially where the rip was. Once they saw the pictures and they right away offered to replace the one with the tear. In an age where customer service means that the customer serves the company, Suspended In The Trees truly understands and appreciates their customer base. Thank you again for replacing my backpack!!! I love it!!!
